Your support may be visible, but it does not grant you any rights over the users, no priority in recommendations, and no advantages in MATCH.

AI primarily intervenes with individuals who are not yet ready to seek help. It helps them find the right words, but does not replace the judgment, partnership, experience, or support of a human professional.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive the entire conversation with the AI?
No. By default, you only receive a structured summary that the user has reviewed and approved. The complete transcript is not automatically transmitted.
Am I obligated to respond or accept?
No. You remain free to decline, ask for clarification, recommend another professional, or suggest an appointment.
And if the situation seems medical?
The AI should direct priority medical signs to a healthcare professional. You can also recommend this advice before any sexological support.
Is my previous Harmolib registration recognized?
Yes. The address is verified in the active Harmovibes access and then in the historical Harmolib records. A single Harmolib record triggers a dedicated activation request.
Does sponsoring conversations make me more visible in MATCH?
No. Sponsorship and MATCH are separate. The sponsor may receive a mention of support on the public service, but the ranking and referral to a professional should never be influenced by the amount or existence of sponsorship.
Do the users whose conversations I fund become my prospects?
No. You are funding free access to the public HarmoSexo, not a pool of leads. If a user then wishes to consult and a professional relationship is formed, it follows the normal connection mechanism of Harmovibes separately.
What is the difference with white label?
In white label, HarmoSexo operates under your identity with visitors who are already coming to you, as a pre-consultation tool. Its price therefore depends on the level of integration required and is subject to a quote. In sponsorship, you fund the public and neutral HarmoSexo: 20 € HT for a batch of 20 free conversations; you do not automatically become the professional proposed to these users.
How do you distribute credits if there are multiple sponsors?
Sponsoring credits are used in turn among the sponsors who still have credits available. For example, with 20 active sponsors, HarmoSexo simply rotates their support fairly. The mention "With the support of..." indicates who funded this free conversation. It does not attribute the user to the sponsor and never influences MATCH.
How does HarmoSexo decide which sexologists to recommend?
MATCH uses the useful information available about the request, the person's preferences, and the professional profiles to suggest the sexologists whose support seems most relevant. Sexologists do not pay to be suggested or to move up in this ranking. The person retains the final choice of the sexologist and what they communicate to them. Sponsorship does not provide any advantage in MATCH.
